MARACAS Ice Pops® is founded by an international trade lawyer and D.C. “IcePopsPreneur.“ She is a native of Mexico who developed a passion for ice pops during early childhood and has acquired her ice pops making skills from the finest ice pops masters in various countries.

Catering

A new concept from Gabriela Febres and Ali Arellano, Mosaico by Arepa Zone, is now open inside La Cosecha. This new concept is part mercadito ("little market"), and part Latin street food. At Mosaico, you can find some of the Arepa Zone favorites, as well as antojitos (a variety of small bites to share), pepitos (baguette sandwich with grilled steak or chicken), and perros calientes (Latin style, loaded hot dogs).

The Peruvian Brothers, Giuseppe and Mario Lanzone, serve authentic “Comida Criolla,” the tastiest part of their Peruvian heritage rooted in Andean, Spanish, African and Asian influences. After six years of operation, the Peruvian Brothers have expanded from one original food truck to concession stands at stadiums, theatres, zoos and markets, three food trucks, and a large scale catering company serving the entire District of Columbia metro area including Maryland and Virginia. Thanks to the Lanzone brothers, Peruvian dishes have been enjoyed at the White House, State Department, Capitol Hill, corporate lunches, summits, galas, weddings, festivals and more.
